Job summary

Google Cloud's Customer Solutions Engineers for AI Infrastructure in Singapore provide 24x7 support to ensure customers can deploy AI and ML workloads on Google Cloud AI Infrastructure products. You will troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, software, networking, and Linux systems, and develop tools and processes to resolve challenges.

You will work with engineering, sales, and customer teams to drive product improvements and advocate for customers’ needs, including on-call rotations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Tech, Eng, Math or equivalent.
• Experience reading/debugging code in languages (Java, C, C++, Python, Go, JS, etc.).
• System administrator experience with Linux/Unix and enterprise-grade servers.
• Troubleshoot and triage issues across hardware/software stack.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve AI/ML infra customer issues; build tools to speed diagnosis.
• Understand AI workloads and hardware architectures; reproduce root causes.
• Advise internal teams; resolve deployment/operational obstacles in AI infra.
• Collaborate with product/engineering and SRE to improve production quality.
• Participate in on-call rotations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
