Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Customer Solutions Engineer for Compute AI infrastructure in Singapore. You will own complex customer issues, provide specialized support, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges in AI deployments.

This role requires Linux/Unix administration, debugging across hardware and software, and a willingness to work non-standard hours including weekends. Fluency in English is required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in system administration with Linux/Unix and debugging enterprise-grade server infrastructure.
Experience triaging technical issues across the stack and advocating for customer needs.

Responsibilities

Manage complex customer issues through diagnosis and resolution.
Develop an in-depth understanding of AI/ML workloads and hardware architectures.
Act as a consultant for internal engineering, sales, and customer teams to resolve deployment obstacles.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve the product and internal tools.
Participate in rotating on-call schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
