Qualifications

• Degree with at least 3 years of experience in DevRel, community operations, corporate communications, hospitality management, or digital communications role in an agency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regular and ad-hoc online and offline community events (webinars, AMAs, meetups, workshops).
• Act as primary point of contact for community members on online platforms and respond to inquiries timely.
• Coordinate with technical staff to facilitate community support and align strategies with business goals.
• Build and manage content calendars, collaborate with writers, and optimise content for engagement and lead generation.
• Gather member feedback and report trends to internal teams on industry development, marketing, and curriculum development.
