Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of AI/ML projects from scoping to deployment.
• Practical machine learning knowledge with NLP/CV/tabular data.
• Experience building LLM-powered applications and prompt engineering.
• Expert Python skills and clean software engineering.
• MLOps: Git, Docker, CI/CD; cloud pipelines.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior AI talent.
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Drive tasks stemming from AIAP, AIAP (Industry), LADP, and AIIP.
• Train and mentor AI apprentices during Deep-skilling and Project phases.
• Lead solution development for internal and external AI projects, performing research and maintaining AIAP technologies.
• Plan and execute AIAP recruitment stages and update the AIAP syllabus.
• Support industry and community-building activities through talks, workshops, and seminars.
