Responsibilities

• Assist AI & automation development for cloud operations.
• Prototype AI agents for incident triage and automation scripts.
• Integrate AI with monitoring, ticketing, and DevOps tools.
• Explore prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestration.
• Support cloud operations optimization and automation opportunities.
• Help develop AI-assisted runbooks for common scenarios.
• Contribute to SOPs and knowledge management with AI tools.
• Mine data from logs and metrics; visualize findings.
• Document methodologies and project outcomes; share insights.
• Research emerging AI trends and potential proof-of-concepts.
