Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and chatbot technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Support chatbot improvements through knowledge management, prompt engineering and guardrail testing.
• Review chatbot interactions to identify inaccuracies and policy risks.
• Test and validate responses against business policies and approved sources.
• Design prompts and conversation flows to improve accuracy and relevance.
• Analyse feedback and performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
