Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS/IS/analytics or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Keen interest in technology, AI, automation, and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through process redesign, automation, and AI.
• Design, develop, and implement automation tools, workflows, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Support solution testing, deployment, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare business requirements, process documentation, and solution artefacts.
• Contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
