Job summary

Antares Management Services Pte. Ltd. invites a dedicated student to join our IT/AI internship in Singapore. You will assist with automation, data analysis and technology research, contributing to business process improvements across the Goldbell Group.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders, learn to translate requirements into technical solutions, and create documentation for implemented systems. This hands-on role offers valuable exposure to real-world IT and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a local university degree in IT/CS/AI/Data analytics or related field.
• Strong interest in technology, AI, automation and process improvement.
• Familiar with at least one programming language; Python preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and optimise existing business processes.
• Explore and apply AI tools, automation solutions and other technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with data collection, preparation and analysis to support decision-making and technology-related projects.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, AI applications and digital tools that may be useful to the organisation.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting and implementation of new systems, tools and process improvements.
• Prepare documentation, user guides and process workflows for solutions developed during the internship.
• Contribute ideas and technical knowledge while gaining hands-on exposure to real-world IT, AI and business optimisation projects

Job description

Support IT and AI initiatives across Antares Management Services and the Goldbell Group through automation, data analysis, technology research and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and optimise existing business processes

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a local university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics or a related field
• Strong interest in technology, AI, automation and process improvement
• Comfortable learning and using new digital tools and technologies
• Familiarity with at least one programming language is required. Basic knowledge of Python is preferred
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with different stakeholders
• Self‑motivated, curious and willing to explore new ways of improving existing processes
