Job summary

A PLUS MANPOWER SERVICES PTE LTD invites an AI Application Engineer in Singapore to develop AI-powered applications using LLM, image generation, video generation and multimodal AI technologies. You will build backend services in Go and integrate AI providers.

You will create unified interfaces, workflows and RESTful APIs, and ensure system reliability with support for SSE streaming. Fresh graduates with solid software/AI projects are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on Go development experience.
• Experience in AI application development and API integration with AI/LLM providers.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, HTTP and JSON and databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a AI Application Engineer to develop AI-powered applications involving LLM, AI image generation, AI video generation and multimodal AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI application backend services using Go.

• Integrate and maintain AI providers for:

  • LLM / Chat models

  • Text-to-Image / Image-to-Image

  • Text-to-Video / Image-to-Video

  • Other multimodal models

• Develop a unified interface for different AI model providers.

• Build AI generation workflows, including task creation, model calls, status tracking, polling, retry and cancellation.

• Develop RESTful APIs, HTTP services and SSE streaming.

• Support AI model configuration, provider routing and channel management.

• Integrate AI generation features with projects, media libraries and credit/billing systems.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain system stability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with Go is required.

• Hands-on experience in AI application development is required.

• Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs or AI model services.

• Experience with AI image or video generation is highly preferred.

• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP and JSON.

• Familiarity with MySQL/PostgreSQL.

• Experience reading third-party API documentation and implementing API integration.

• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, Doubao, Zhipu, MiniMax or similar AI APIs.

• Experience with Text-to-Image, Image-to-Image, Text-to-Video or Image-to-Video models.

• Experience with Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Flux or similar generative AI technologies.

• Experience with SSE / WebSocket.

• Experience with asynchronous tasks, workers, webhooks or polling.

• Knowledge of Redis, message queues or object storage.

• Familiarity with Docker, Git and Linux.

• Experience with AI gateways, provider routing or model integration platforms.
