Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking an AI/ML specialist to research, develop, and optimize GenAI solutions in a production-focused role. You will design RAG systems, connect models to enterprise knowledge sources, and build agentic workflows that automate business processes.

You will work with enterprise knowledge assistants, Q&A systems, document processing solutions, and embedding models, while fine-tuning LLMs with LoRA/QLoRA and deploying services in production.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and optimize AI/ML solutions with a focus on LLM-powered applications.

Research, develop, and optimize AI/ML solutions with a focus on LLM-powered applications.

Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems that connect AI models with enterprise knowledge sources.

Build agentic workflows capable of planning tasks, using tools, and automating complex business processes.

Develop intelligent applications such as:

• Enterprise knowledge assistants
• Intelligent Q&A systems
• Document processing and extraction solutions
• Workflow automation tools

Fine-tune and optimize open-source or commercial language models using techniques such as SFT, LoRA, and QLoRA.

Deploy and maintain AI services in production environments

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases and translate them into scalable AI solutions.

• Stay current with emerging developments in GenAI, agent frameworks, and LLM ecosystems.

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications.

Experience with LLM technologies and modern GenAI ecosystems.

Strong Python development skills.

Experience with:

• RAG architectures
• Vector databases
• Embedding models
• Prompt engineering
• LLM APIs

Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar.

Experience with model fine-tuning techniques including LoRA or QLoRA.

Knowledge of containerization and deployment technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Ability to work across both technical and business stakeholders.
