Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building and operating end-to-end ML platforms in production.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into robust AI infrastructure and workflows.
• Proficiency with Python and at least one high-performance backend language (Go/C++, Rust, Java).

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable multi-step agentic workflows that deliver real-world value.
• Lead core AI infrastructure components and define the technology stack.
• Design advanced multi-agent communication frameworks and memory management pipelines.
• Collaborate with AI Safety to mitigate risks and ensure deterministic behavior.
• Establish evaluation benchmarks to prove system effectiveness.
