The AI Adoption & Change Navigator position is responsible for driving consistent adoption of AI solutions across all regions. This position delivers coaching aligned with regional time zones, customizes training materials for cultural and linguistic relevance, and establishes networks of local AI advocates to ensure international teams receive equitable, hands‑on support for AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Support: Deliver on‑site or time‑zone‑aligned assistance to global teams throughout and following AI tool implementation. Conduct office hours or clinics during regional work periods to ensure prompt support across locations.
- Cultural Adaptation: Modify training materials and guidance for cultural relevance. Collaborate with the central training team to localize examples and use cases. Provide translations or bilingual support as required.
- Regional Coaching: Offer region‑specific coaching and training to leaders and teams. Identify and develop local champions who will promote AI adoption and act as key contacts within their sites.
- Collect Regional Feedback: Obtain input from international users regarding region‑specific challenges, such as network access, compliance requirements, language barriers, or varying work practices. Advocate for necessary resources or adjustments to ensure effective and equitable AI tool usage globally.
- Facilitate Global Communities: Connect team members and departments across business areas across regions engaged in similar AI initiatives. Establish and support communities of practice to enable the global sharing of success stories and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years in customer success, user support, change management, or related fields, with proven involvement in international or multicultural environments.
- Exhibits patience, trust‑building, and empathy, enabling effective collaboration and support for diverse teams in AI adoption.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience launching or managing technology adoption initiatives across multiple countries.
- Familiarity with regulatory considerations for AI (or IT tools) in various regions (e.g., data privacy laws like GDPR).
