Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology projects, including insurance product launches. The role requires managing scope, timelines, budgets, and quality, coordinating with business, technology and operations teams.

You will identify risks, manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery, documentation and handover after launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management.
• End-to-end PM experience including product launches and digital transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and experience in the insurance domain.
• Expertise in risk, issue, and change management.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and third-party delivery.
• Solid budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Proficient with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are a plus.
