Job summary

NCS is seeking an AI Developer to own the intelligent layer of our enterprise system, designing agentic AI architectures, stateful multi-agent networks and robust RAG pipelines. You will ensure reliability, security and high-consequence workflow handling in a production-grade environment.

Key focus areas include guardrails, prompt/data leakage mitigation, and deploying AI microservices via FastAPI in OCI/OpenShift, with strong emphasis on observability, parallel LLM invocation and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Expert-level Python for asynchronous AI applications.
• Mastery of LangGraph and LangChain for production-grade stateful systems.
• Proven success in developing RAG capabilities and retrieval techniques.
• Deep hands-on experience with vector DB, graph DB, NoSQL and RDBMS.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI architectures and multi-agent networks.
• Develop end-to-end RAG pipelines with high-precision retrieval.
• Implement guardrails for enterprise safety and data protection.
• Deploy AI microservices in OCI-compliant environments and OpenShift.
• Integrate AI evaluation in CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling.
