Job summary

Micron Technology in Singapore seeks an AI Reimagination Engineer within the GenAI Center of Excellence to transform business processes into autonomous AI systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience blending technical delivery with business process work.
• Hybrid Experience: Proven track record in both decomposing complex business processes and crafting or building technical solutions.
• 8+ years of overall experience and 3+ years in AI/ML; hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Decompose end-to-end processes and lead elimination/simplification/agentification before automation.
• Architect the agentic solution and AI architecture with memory and context strategy and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Translate inventions into buildable solutions, develop agent workflows, and ensure Secure by Design and data-classification standards.
• Prototype and build working agentic solutions or direct their build with platform engineers.
• Engineer trust and control with testable human-in-the-loop controls and least-privilege permissions.
• Drive multi-functional delivery across IT, security, and enterprise teams through first production release.
• Measure value, capture baselines, and mentor engineers to grow the network of agentic champions.
