Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience developing, maintaining, or supporting enterprise applications, platforms, or technology solutions.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with GitHub, source control, and collaborative development practices.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and modern application development concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• AI Platform Engineering: Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise AI platforms and shared services.
• Solution Enablement: Partner with solution delivery teams to enable successful development and deployment of AI-powered solutions.
• Platform Operations & Governance: Maintain platform health, availability, performance, and service quality; support governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaboration & Innovation: Work with SMAI Innovation, product owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business needs and roadmaps.
