Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is hiring an AI Reimagination Engineer to join the GenAI COE in Singapore. The role focuses on decomposing complex processes, designing agentic AI architectures, and delivering scalable autonomous solutions across business units.

You will lead end-to-end redesigns, collaborate with IT, security, and platform teams, and mentor engineers while codifying reusable patterns and playbooks for future deployments.

Qualifications

• Education in CS/AI/ML/engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years overall experience with 3+ years in AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Decompose end-to-end processes, map current-state flows, quantify effort and risk, and lead simplification analyses.
• Architect the agentic solution: design future-state AI architecture, task/decomposition, orchestration, data access, memory/context strategy, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Translate inventions into buildable agent workflows, integration requirements, and evaluation criteria.
• Prototype and build: construct working agentic solutions or direct their build with platform engineers, validating value before delivery.
• Engineer trust and control: define testable human-in-the-loop controls and least-privilege permissions.
• Drive multi-functional delivery: collaborate across functions through first production release.
• Measure value and codify patterns: capture baselines, post-release metrics, and publish reference flows.
