Job summary

Beyondsoft seeks an AI Deployed Engineer (Agentic) to work with customers, building and deploying end-to-end AI solutions on Azure. You will design full-stack systems and AI agents, upgrade prototypes to production, and support Day 2 operations to keep the Azure platform healthy and secure.

You will embed with customer teams, drive adoption, automate routine tasks with SRE tooling, and maintain GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines, container platforms, monitoring and security tooling in a government

Qualifications

• Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative-AI models.
• Experience scoping and delivering complex customer-facing technical work.
• Hands-on ops experience on Microsoft Azure in production (VMs, App Services, Function Apps).
• Experience with ACA and ACR, and CI/CD via GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Azure Monitor and Microsoft Sentinel for logging and security alerts.
• Familiarity with IAM / RBAC and cloud security best practices.
• Experience Day 2/run-and-maintain operations with an SRE mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic solutions and full-stack AI-enabled systems for production use.
• Embed with customer teams to scope, sequence delivery and guide adoption.
• Own end-to-end delivery and trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality.
• Codify reusable tools, playbooks and patterns from field feedback.
• Maintain Azure platform, VM fleet, and GitHub server operations.
• Automate backups and uptime checks with SRE-driven processes.
• Operate GitHub Actions pipelines and ensure CI/CD remains healthy.
• Manage ACA and ACR, and update App Services/Functions as needed.
• Monitor logs with Azure Monitor and Sentinel; triage security alerts.
• Review IAM RBAC and enforce least-privilege access, cost reporting as needed.
