Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an AI Deployed Engineer (Agentic) to design, build, and operate agentic AI solutions on client premises in Singapore. You will work hands-on across full-stack systems, AI agents, and Azure platform operations, including secure deployments and Day 2 operational support.

You will embed with customer teams, drive adoption, ensure scalable production pipelines via GitHub Actions, and maintain cost-efficient, secure environments in collaboration with the MINDEF security

Qualifications

• Production-grade software development in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs, agentic AI or generative AI models.
• Ability to scope and deliver complex systems in fast-moving environments with customer-facing delivery.
• Hands-on experience operating Microsoft Azure in production (VMs, App Services, Function Apps).
• Experience with Azure Monitor and Microsoft Sentinel for logging and security alerts.
• Knowledge of IAM / RBAC and cloud security best practices.
• Experience supporting Day 2 run-and-maintain operations with SRE mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic solutions (full-stack systems and AI agents).
• Embed with customer teams to understand needs and guide adoption.
• Own end-to-end delivery across deployments and plan trade-offs.
• Codify and share reusable tools, playbooks, and building blocks.
• Maintain Azure platform operations and VMs, including backups.
