Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead to act as the delivery lead and business analyst for agentic AI projects in a secured government environment in Singapore. You will own end-to-end delivery, translating customer needs into clear requirements, coordinating the project team, and ensuring a smooth transition into Day 2 operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a delivery lead and business analyst on technology projects, including AI/cloud/automation.
• Strong requirements gathering, process-mapping and documentation skills (user stories, BRD/FRD, acceptance criteria).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams including developers, cloud engineers and security.
• Working understanding of Azure, agentic AI solutions and the software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of agentic AI projects, managing scope, schedule, risks and quality from initiation to go-live.
• Elicit, document and prioritise business and technical requirements; map current/future-state processes; define use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as primary point of contact between customer, developers, security and operations teams; facilitate workshops and align stakeholders on outcomes.
• Translate priorities into solution requirements, user stories and delivery plans; support design decisions with the technical team.
• Coordinate the project team, track tasks, remove blockers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, status reporting, risk/issue logs, and change control; report progress to customer.
• Ensure clean transition from project delivery to Day 2 operations with runbooks and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure delivery aligns with security, compliance and governance requirements.
