Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Member of Technical Staff - Agentic AI Architect to advance autonomous AI agents for Smart Manufacturing AI Pathfinding & Innovation. You will craft scalable data pipelines and agent frameworks powering factory insights and optimization.

You will work with data scientists and engineers to deploy AI agents to Kubernetes, optimize inference workloads, and implement secure, production-grade systems delivering measurable manufacturing impact.

Qualifications

Experience optimizing inference engines (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM) for autonomous AI Agent workloads.
Experience developing GenAI applications and AI Agents using frameworks.
Proficiency with LLMs, prompt engineering, function calling and CoT reasoning.
Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search.
Experience building end-to-end systems for testing, evaluating, and deploying AI Agents.
Familiarity with MCP and A2A protocols for multi-agent integration.

Responsibilities

Design and develop autonomous AI Agents capable of multi-step reasoning and tool execution.
Implement agent frameworks to orchestrate LLM interactions with internal APIs and databases.
Build and maintain agent evaluation harnesses to benchmark accuracy and reliability.
Profile agent/inference workloads to identify bottlenecks in compute and latency.
Implement interoperable multi-agent systems using MCP, A2A, and related tools.
Create/maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI Agents to Kubernetes.
Design and implement security controls for autonomous AI Agents including sandboxing.
