Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Member of Technical Staff to architect agentic AI solutions for smart manufacturing. You will design autonomous AI Agents, orchestrate LLM interactions, and build scalable data pipelines to drive manufacturing insights.

The role emphasizes AI agent security, CI/CD pipelines to Kubernetes, and collaboration with data scientists and engineers. Seven-plus commitments to production-grade deployment and scalable AI systems are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience optimizing inference engines (e.g., vLLM, TensorRT-LLM) for autonomous AI Agent workloads.
• Experience developing GenAI applications and AI Agents.
• Strong prompt engineering and tool use for LLMs.
• Experience designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Familiarity with MCP tools, A2A protocol, and agent-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI Agents capable of multi-step reasoning and tool execution in manufacturing workflows.
• Implement Agentic frameworks to orchestrate LLM interactions with internal APIs and databases.
• Build evaluation harnesses to benchmark agent accuracy and latency across workflows.
• Profile agent workloads to identify bottlenecks and optimize compute performance.
• Create/maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI Agents to Kubernetes environments.
• Mentor engineers on agentic design paradigms and security controls.
