• Provide data management and analytics to guide cross over agency leaders and financial consultants.
• Support Recruitment Managers in day-to-day activities, including fitness and propriety assessments.
• Interview financial consultants and track recruitment applications with regular status updates.
• Provide administrative support on all cross overs.
