Job summary

DNC (EDUCATION) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Centre Manager in Singapore to lead our after-school care centre, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive quality service for students and families.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Education or related field and at least 3 years of supervisory experience, with strong leadership and organizational abilities to manage a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Education or related field.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience in student care or early childhood settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage centre staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee programme delivery, class scheduling, and student welfare.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and operational standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and stakeholders.
• Drive centre enrolment and retention through quality service delivery.
• Plan and execute centre events and student engagement activities.
