Job summary

SELF HELP GROUPS STUDENT CARE LIMITED seeks a dedicated professional to oversee daily operations at the Kindergarten-Care (K-Care) Centre in Singapore. The role involves leading a team of K-Care Officers, ensuring SOP compliance, safety, and health standards, and maintaining strong relationships with schools and parents.

The candidate should have a DECCE-T diploma with at least 2 years in a preschool setting and be capable of handling administrative duties and emergencies, including first aid.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a preschool setting, preferably in a senior teacher / supervisory / leadership role
• Child First Aid

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth-running of daily operations at Kindergarten-Care (K-Care) Centre and conduct programmes when needed
• Mentor and supervise team of K-Care Officers to ensure SOPs, safety and health standards
• Maintain and build rapport with stakeholders, especially school and parents
• Handle administrative duties related to the K-Care Centre (fees collection, registration and withdrawals, subsidy applications)
• Handle emergencies and administer first aid, where applicable
