LIBIAO ROBOTICS HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a field service engineer to install, service, and support AGV systems at customer sites.

You will troubleshoot faults, perform maintenance, and provide remote assistance for European projects, while producing clear service reports and operation manuals in English. The role requires a diploma in engineering, hands-on testing, circuit diagrams, CAD, and comfort traveling internationally.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Automation.
• Familiarity with operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AGV systems.
• Technical knowledge in sensor applications and network communication.
• Experience in warehousing automation industry.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant technical certifications such as local electrician licenses or automation system certifications.
• Ability to read basic circuit diagrams and CAD drawings.
• Skilled in using instruments such as multimeters.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in multinational teams.
• Adaptability to frequent international travel and diverse cultural environments.

Responsabilités

• Install, debug, and test AGV systems on-site.
• Respond promptly to customer fault reports, diagnose issues, and repair equipment to restore functionality.
• Provide post-sales technical support including online remote assistance for European projects.
• Write clear English training documents such as service reports and operation manuals.
• Conduct operation and maintenance training sessions for customers to enhance system use.
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures.
• Manage spare parts inventory locally and coordinate with headquarters for supply chain efficiency.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to propose product and service improvements.
• Report on-site problems and ensure compliance with local safety standards and regulations.
