Job summary

Galderma is seeking a seasoned trainer to lead clinical education for Healthcare Practitioners, focusing on Aesthetics portfolio. You will coach HCPs, collaborate with Sales/Marketing on events, and monitor CET activities and costs. Experience with KOLs and a strong English proficiency are essential.

The role emphasizes updated injection techniques, medical knowledge, and material development to support brand focus areas in aesthetic injectables.

Qualifications

• University degree (BS or Master) in Pharmacy, Nursing or Medical field.
• At least 5 years in training/sales in aesthetic/cosmetic/pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with Healthcare Practitioners and KOL management preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute clinical education programs for Healthcare Practitioners.
• Provide coaching and guidance to HCPs to ensure clinical and business proficiency.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing for scientific events to promote brands and injection methodology.
• Monitor CET activities and training expenses; develop evaluation reports.
• Manage product quality complaints and adverse events with relevant departments.
• Develop training materials and SOPs as needed.
