Galderma Singapore is seeking an experienced Training Lead to plan and deliver clinical education programs for healthcare professionals, supporting knowledge of our Aesthetics portfolio and injection methods. You will coach HCPs, partner with Sales and Marketing on scientific events, monitor CET activities and expenses, and contribute to the development of training materials and SOPs.

Fluent English and strong interpersonal skills are essential, with a growth mindset and ability to work

Formación

• University degree in Pharmacy/Nursing/Medical field
• At least 5 years in training/sales in aesthetic/cosmetic/pharmaceutical industry
• Experience working with Healthcare Practitioners and KOLs preferred

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute clinical education programs for Healthcare Practitioners
• Provide direct coaching to HCPs to improve clinical and business proficiency
• Partner with Sales and Marketing for scientific events and injection methodology
• Monitor CET activities and training expenses and prepare evaluation reports
• Manage product quality complaints and adverse events with relevant departments
• Develop training materials and SOPs as needed
