Job summary

BIOSKIN HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable leader to oversee sales and retail operations within our skin, body, and hair care clinic in Singapore. The role involves guiding a team, achieving monthly KPIs, and coordinating professional consultations with aesthetics doctors.

You will advocate our services, drive campaigns with the marketing team, and ensure excellent customer service and patient care while supporting front-d desk and admin duties when needed.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales/retail operations and lead team.
• Responsible for achieving monthly sales KPIs, sales targets and customer service activities.
• Conduct relevant training and leadership coaching to team for desirable results
• Collaborates with Aesthetics doctor to offer professional consultations in skin, body, and hair care.
• Advocate the clinic's range of services and products in a manner that educates the customer.
• Offer high-quality customer service and after-sales support.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns and sales tactics to increase revenue and new patient count, improve retention and loyalty.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist in operations in clinic when needed. This includes but not limited to, reception and admin work, patient care assistance and doctor-patient consultations.
