Job summary

KELLY ORIENTAL AESTHETIC CLINIC PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and drive exceptional client care.

You will oversee inventory, scheduling, and ensure compliance with SOPs while collaborating with Marketing to fuel growth. The role requires at least 3 years of managerial experience in aesthetics, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Mandarin for a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of managerial experience in aesthetics or medical aesthetics.
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of aesthetic clinic operations and patient care.
• Experience managing premium treatment programmes and delivering exceptional service.
• Knowledge of latest aesthetic treatments and industry trends.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure excellence in client care.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Drive clinic performance by achieving sales targets through ethical consultation and client retention.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee manpower planning, staff scheduling, recruitment, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure SOP compliance, hygiene standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
• Manage clinic inventory, procurement, and resources efficiently.
• Handle customer feedback and service recovery professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with Management and Marketing to support growth and operations.
• Monitor clinic performance and prepare regular sales and operations reports.
