Qualifications

• Follow operational procedures and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding, inspections and maintenance per approved data, tool list and work instruction.
• Establish and revise work instructions and tool lists for new parts or process changes.
• Follow procedures and quality standards to ensure compliance and safety.
• Record welding and maintenance results clearly in the work-pack documents.
• Perform risk assessments and take corrective and preventive actions.
• Report incidents or hazards promptly to the supervisor.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, fixtures and tooling and keep the workshop clean.
• Participate in audits and inspections as required.
• Support Operations Engineer with additional tasks.
