Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Singapore is seeking a skilled TIG welder to join our factory workforce at Seletar. You will perform high-quality TIG welding, following strict procedures and quality standards to maintain engine servicing components.

The role requires reading 3D feature drawings and adapting to rotating shifts (day/afternoon/night) including weekends and public holidays. A NITEC or diploma in engineering is the minimum qualification, and candidates must be comfortable onsite in Seletar.

Qualifications

• TIG welding to high quality standards
• Ability to interpret and read 3D feature drawings
• Willing to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
• Based at Seletar

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG welding
• Follow approved procedures and company standards (EASA/CAAS Part 145 or equivalent)
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery used in engine servicing and component repair
• Work in accordance with technique sheets and quality procedures
• Implement 5S and housekeeping improvements
