Job summary

Rolls-Royce Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on TIG Welder to join our engine servicing and component repair team at Seletar.

You will perform high-quality TIG welding, read 3D feature drawings, work across day, afternoon and night shifts, and uphold 5S housekeeping standards while adhering to technical procedures. The role requires a minimum NITEC or Diploma in engineering, ability to read drawings, and willingness to OT.

Qualifications

• Minimum of NITEC or Diploma in an engineering related field.
• Able to interpret and read 3D feature drawings.
• Must be able to work on rotating shifts (Day, Afternoon, Night) and overtime if required, inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
• Must be comfortable working at Seletar.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG welding
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery used in engine servicing and component repair.
• Work in accordance with technique sheets and quality procedures.
• Implement improvement initiatives, up keeping of 5S activities and housekeeping standards.
