Job summary

Seletar Aerospace in Singapore is seeking a Technician with a Diploma/Nitec in Engineering to join a rotating shift schedule. You will apply aluminum tape to aerospace components and collaborate with Laser Engineers and Quality Inspectors to process customer parts.

No prior experience required; training will be provided, and strong communication skills are valued. The role covers receiving, inspecting, shipping, routine maintenance, and documentation, with a 7am–4:30pm, 4:30pm–2am, or

Qualifications

• Diploma / Nitec in Engineering.
• Some technical experience is preferred.
• No experience is required—training will be provided.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work rotating shift (morning, noon & night shift).

Responsibilities

• Apply aluminum tape to aerospace components.
• Remove and clean the components using abrasives and chemical.
• Work with Laser Engineers and Quality Inspectors to process customer’s part.
• Assist in receiving, inspecting and shipping of newly received and finished processed parts.
• Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the equipment.
• Control and perform preventive maintenance routines.
• Manual loading and unloading of critical aerospace components.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and maintained in accordance with process control standards.
• Read and interpret technical documentation, including work instructions, data cards, and KPIs.
