Job summary

The role involves rotation across technical and manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental requirements while contributing to productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering fields or Materials Science with a minimum 3.8 GPA/5 scale
• Working experience less than 12 months in related fields

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, substantiate and implement new repairs.
• Identify production constraints in cell and ensure capacity is maximized.
• Ensure processes comply with quality requirements and implement corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and error prevention.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure EH&S compliance.
• Provide training and certification for relevant technicians.
• Keep internal shop documents current with latest repair documents and flow changes.
• Support productivity and cost efficiency initiatives.
• Plan and manage product transition activities.
• Collaborate to improve equipment utilization and labour efficiency and reduce costs via Lean.
• Track yield data and identify improvement opportunities.
