Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering fields or Materials Science with a minimum 3.8 cumulative GPA on a 5.0 scale, without rounding.
• Working experience of less than 12 months in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Design/develop/substantiate/implement new repairs.
• Identify production constraints and maximize cell output.
• Ensure processes comply with quality requirements and implement corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and error prevention.
• Conduct Risk Assessments and ensure compliance with EH&S regulations.
• Train and certify relevant technicians.
• Support Lean initiatives to improve equipment utilization and labor efficiency.
