Job summary

ManpowerGroup Singapore is seeking a seasoned Quality Leader to head the Quality function for the SC&IL Organisation Business Unit, ensuring independent quality assurance, governance and leadership across the end-to-end supply chain in aerospace.

You will drive QMS standards, regulatory compliance, supplier quality management and continuous improvement, partnering with OBU Quality teams to deliver safe and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Maintenance in aerospace/regulatory industry.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems, investigations, supplier discrepancy management and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of aircraft material traceability, warehouse ops, logistics and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent Quality assurance across the complete supply chain lifecycle and establish robust Quality controls.
• Provide governance for Quality Management System and Operating System Standards.
• Lead investigations into material quality events and supplier discrepancies using structured problem-solving.
• Partner with OBU Quality teams to manage risk and ensure seamless transition of material quality to maintenance.
