Job summary

CHAPTR CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Quality and Compliance leader to oversee aerospace quality, regulatory compliance and safety programs.

You will ensure robust QMS, regulatory alignment and continuous improvement across the operation. The role requires up to date knowledge of civil aviation requirements, hands-on Part-145 experience, and the ability to lead audits, investigations and cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Quality, Compliance or related functions within aerospace.
• Degree in Engineering or aerospace engineering or related technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100/AS9110 quality standards.
• Hands-on Part-145 maintenance environment experience is essential.
• Proven experience leading Quality/Compliance teams and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and regulatory compliance activities across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead internal audits and coordinate external inspections and audits.
• Investigate quality incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Report quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
