Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD invites an experienced Quality Leader to head the Quality function for the SC&IL OBU. You will provide independent quality assurance, governance and leadership across the end-to-end supply chain, ensure regulatory compliance and product integrity, and drive risk-based improvement projects.

You will collaborate with OBU Quality teams and stakeholders to establish, maintain and improve the Quality Management System and Operating System Standards,

Qualifications

• Lead the Quality function for the SC&IL Organisation Business Unit with independent quality assurance and professional leadership.
• Establish, maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System and Operating System Standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, product integrity and end-to-end supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent Quality oversight across end-to-end supply chain, from receiving to final disposition.
• Collaborate with OBU Quality teams and stakeholders to sustain OS Standards and governance.
• Plan and execute risk-based QA activities and investigations into material quality issues.
• Drive corrective actions, supplier discrepancy management and continual improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements and maintain product integrity.
