Zusammenfassung

GE Aerospace Singapore is seeking an orderly and proactive Order Processing Associate to monitor customers’ orders and help ensure on-time delivery at the GE Aerospace Engine Services Singapore site. You will collaborate with shop production control, identify delays, and prepare shipment and billing documents while responding to customer inquiries and supporting EHS/teaming activities.

This role requires basic English proficiency and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifikationen

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level/SPM with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to read and understand manufacturing operation sheets and SOPs in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications (Excel/Word).

Aufgaben

• Tracking of the status of customers’ orders to ensure orders are completed timely.
• Working with the shop production control technicians or planners on any order delays for a recommit Estimated ship date.
• Highlight any delays and issues encountered with the orders to Customer Service account holder for follow up with customers
• Orders processing, by completing scrap replacement allocation (if any) and generate documents for shipment and billing of the orders.
• Assist in replying any customers’ inquiries.
• Participate in EHS / Teaming activities.
