Job summary

Safran Landing Systems in Singapore is seeking a Process Manager to ensure MRO processes meet airworthiness, OEM, and customer requirements. The role acts as the technical SME for special processes and supports Policy Deployment across value streams.

It leads Lean Sigma initiatives, drives continuous improvements, provides technical leadership for repair and overhaul of landing gears, and establishes new process capabilities while coaching teams to enhance quality, safety, and regulatory

Qualifications

Engineering graduate with relevant aerospace MRO experience.
Experience with NDT, Machining, and Mechanical/Process Design.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and Lean Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead and maintain robust MRO and special processes to meet regulatory requirements.
Standardize best practices across value streams for Lean Sigma and HSE.
Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Sigma methodologies.
Provide technical leadership for repair and overhaul of landing gears and associated components.
Establish, validate, and certify new process capabilities.
Develop technical competencies through training and knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive cross-functional improvements.
