Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Singapore is seeking an Aerospace Technician to perform overhaul, rework and repair tasks on aircraft components. The role requires working onsite, following manuals, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will operate in a team, measure and inspect using standard tools, and contribute to on-time production goals. The ideal candidate holds a NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, can read technical orders, and demonstrates good communication in English.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Read and work from technical manuals, orders, drawings and specifications.
• Computer literacy and SAP familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform work at cell level to meet the production schedule.
• Assemble, disassemble, clean, inspect, troubleshoot and test components per manuals.
• Resolve issues promptly and update repair cost estimates accurately.
• Collaborate with supervisor and support personnel to solve problems.
• Adhere to Quality Management System and safety regulations.
