Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking an Aerospace Technician in Singapore to operate onsite, perform overhaul and repair work, and ensure quality output. You will work both independently and with a team in a high-demand environment, following maintenance manuals and quality standards.

The role requires NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in engineering and English proficiency. Training will be provided, and aviation experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• NITEC or higher in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics or aerospace related).
• CAAS/L12/L11/M10 papers or other aviation qualifications are an advantage.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to read technical manuals, orders, drawings and other written instructions.
• Computer literacy; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform work at cell level to meet the production schedule.
• Assemble, disassemble, perform minor cleaning, inspect, troubleshoot and test per manuals.
• Update repair cost estimates accurately.
• Collaborate with supervisor and support personnel to resolve issues.
• Adhere to Quality Management System (AS9110C / Part 145).
• Use measuring equipment (torque wrench, calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Comply with Environment, Health & Safety policies and export controls.
• Participate in process improvement and safety initiatives.
