Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior commercial and cost-management professional in Singapore to develop pricing strategies and drive margin growth across engine repair projects. You will lead a cross‑functional team, coordinate with shop, finance, and program stakeholders, and ensure accurate cost estimation, invoicing, and warranty activities.

Ideal candidates will have 8–10 years of aviation industry experience, a engineering/marketing degree, and advanced analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Marketing; MBA/Finance an asset.
• Good knowledge of statistical and data analytics tools.
• Programming know-how in VBA or Python preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategy and commercial solutions for ad-hoc and long term sales campaigns.
• Drive gross margin growth and accuracy for all shop events.
• Manage costs through Engine Repair Process up to final invoice ensuring profit margin.
• Oversee cost Analysts team and MRO CS processes.
• Collaborate with shop, Finance, Program & ICC to ensure accurate activities (costs, invoices, warranties).
