Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Loyang, Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing and purchasing activities. You will source, evaluate, negotiate, and procure materials and services, while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.

You will review supplier quotations, coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, and maintain thorough records of procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for daily operations.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate and purchase materials at competitive prices while ensuring quality.
• Review supplier quotations, compare pricing, and recommend cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and address issues.
• Maintain accurate records of vendors, materials, pricing, and procurement activities.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements in delivery, quality and service levels.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance procurement efficiency.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide administrative support for purchasing tasks.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
