RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing and purchasing activities in Loyang, Singapore. The role supports daily operations and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

You will source, evaluate, negotiate, and purchase materials, parts, and services at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards, and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities to support daily operations.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and purchase materials, spare parts, consumables, and services at competitive prices.
• Review supplier quotations, compare pricing, and recommend cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
• Maintain records of vendors, materials, pricing, and procurement activities.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance and work with vendors to improve delivery, quality, and service levels.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance procurement efficiency.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide administrative support for purchasing activities.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
