Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, is seeking candidates for an onsite role in Singapore. You will operate machinery to assemble, disassemble, and inspect engines and modules, interpret SOPs, troubleshoot issues, and support workshop engineers while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Fresh aerospace graduates are welcome; applicants should be physically fit, comfortable with lifting, and able to work day or night shifts with overtime when required. Training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Min 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in engine or module assembly, disassembly, inspection or testing.
• Fresh candidates with Aerospace education background with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, equipment, and tools to perform assembly, disassembly, and inspection of engines, modules, components, and accessories.
• Interpret and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with technical standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during daily operations to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Support the Workshop Engineers and Cell Leaders in achieving production targets and meeting operational targets.
• Perform SAP transactions, including updating and modifying work orders as required.
• Actively participate in EH&S programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards of ethics and compliance.
