Safran Helicopter Engines in Singapore seeks a Customer Account Manager to drive commercial performance and strengthen relationships across Asia Pacific. You will own the short-, mid- and long-term results for an overseas customer portfolio, partnering with internal stakeholders to grow business and ensure profitable contract execution.

The role involves up to 50% international travel, primarily within Asia, and offers hybrid work arrangements with medical coverage and global mobility

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree from recognized institutions.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in aviation or rotorcraft.
• Proven experience in account management, commercial negotiations and contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilités

• Define and execute short- and mid-term commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned customer portfolio.
• Lead commercial negotiations in line with governance and prepare offers.
• Manage contract renewals, reviews and service agreement negotiations.
• Steer financial performance including turnover, margin and invoicing.
• Coordinate with customer service and technical teams to ensure satisfaction.
