Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Control, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in process control, automation, or process optimization within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Process Industries. Candidates with fewer years may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and OPC.
• Good knowledge of process control principles, including PID control, feedback control, and multivariable control.
• Experience in Advanced Process Control (APC), process modelling, commissioning, control tuning, troubleshooting, and process optimization is preferred.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages used in industrial automation and process control applications.
• Keen interest in learning and applying emerging technologies such as Real-Time Optimization (RTO), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and digital solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia and other regional countries for project implementation and customer support.
