Job summary

The position covers back-end physical implementation from gate-level netlist to GDSII, PV/IR signoff, PPAC optimization, and STA/Spice signoff, with exposure to new packaging technologies and exploration of innovative design approaches.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or 2024/2025 graduates with a master's degree or higher in relevant fields.
• Strong academic record and ability to learn and transfer knowledge to new areas.
• Understanding of IC development process with theoretical and practical skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the physical design of advanced process digital ASIC/AI/CPU chips and layout of analog/digital blocks.
• Back-end physical implementation from gate-level netlist to GDSII, layout of digital/analog chips with PV, IR signoff, PPAC optimization, and STA/Spice signoff.
